Our policy is to attempt specific requests for delivery times. We will make great effort to satisfy your request but cannot guarantee that your bouquet will arrive at the time specified. Your delivery fee guarantees that we attempt your delivery as well as a follow up phone call to the recipient if unable to hand deliver to a household member. Stems policy is to attempt delivery to a person at the recipient address, if we are unable AND determine the location is secure and premature deterioration will not occur to your arrangement we reserve the right to leave at the residence, with neighbor or return another time.

Please notify Stems of conditions of delivery such as gates, provide gate codes, alternate phone numbers, animals.
We are not responsible for theft, change of address of recipient, Discharge from the hospital or alternate delivery locations, vacations, road conditions, weather or climate conditions that interfere with delivery.
Delivery Zones and Delivery Fees vary according to zip code. The delivery charge is automatically added on checkout based on the recipient’s delivery address.

Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.
Wedding Terms & Conditions
All quotes produced by Stems Flower Bar are valid for thirty (30) days. All weddings require a 20% deposit upon confirmation, unless specified by Stems Flower Bar. Full payment of all Weddings is required two (2) weeks prior to Wedding date.
If collection of hired items occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge will be incurred.
Stems Flower Bar reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.
Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of Wedding date will result in loss if the complete payable amount.
All props or hired items provided by Stems Flower Bar are the property of Stems Flower Bar and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. Stems Flower Bar collects all props, unless otherwise specified by Stems Flower Bar. If props are to be returned by the client, this must occur within one (1) week of the Wedding date.
Right to Refusal
We maintain our rights to refuse any product, delivery, or service at our own discretion.
